Quanzhou COFCO Tea Industrial Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise integrating production, trade, and scientific research. Founded in 1995, the Company covers a land area of more than 3,700 square meters and a construction area of 12,000 square meters. With nearly 100 employees, the Company boasts a group of professional and technical talents and management team who are experienced and have long worked in tea-related areas.
The Company has a complete set of production equipment and auxiliary facilities, forming an annual processing capacity of 2,000-ton tea. Since its establishment, the Company has constantly carried out technological innovation and adopted the advanced scientific management mode, to control pesticide residues, heavy mextals, and other factors of raw material from the tea planting source, which endanger the health and safety of consumers; remove non-tea inclusions by repeated screening, air separation, rock extraction, electrical separation, visual handpicking, high magnetism testing, detecting with mextal detector, and other processes and control means; and blend and bask products scientifically, to make tea products face the market and customers with safe, healthy and stable high quality, which fully reflects the enterprise concept of "Global trustworthiness and model of tea products".
The Company mainly produces and manages Oolong tea, black tea, green tea, white tea, flower tea, tea bag, tea-containing products, bag-used tea, and compressed tea. ChinaTea-branded and Ruilong-branded tea products have won unanimous praise from domestic and foreign consumers for their excellent and stable quality.
At the beginning of establishment, the Company passed the certification of the ISO14000 Environment Management System, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, FSSC22000 Food Safety Management System and other management systems, and also formed the traceable product quality and safety system covering tea plantation base management, preliminary tea processing, refined processing, and blending of tea products, marking the increasingly improved management of the Company.
